As a banking institution, JettyNidhi primarily provides financial and digital services. However, physical items related to your account are subject to the following delivery and fulfillment policies:

• Passbooks & Certificates: Deposit certificates, passbooks, and initial account kits are typically handed over directly at the branch upon successful account opening. If requested by mail, they will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
• Cards & Cheque Books: Debit cards, credit cards, and cheque books are securely mailed to your registered residential address via our trusted courier partners. Expected delivery time is 7-10 working days from the date of request.
• Digital Services: Online banking credentials, e-statements, and SMS alerts are activated within 24 hours of successful registration and verification.
• Loan Disbursement: Upon final approval and signing of the loan agreement, loan amounts are disbursed directly into your designated JettyNidhi savings account or transferred to a third party (in the case of specific mortgage/auto loans) within 24-48 hours.
• Delivery Delays: JettyNidhi is not liable for delays in physical deliveries caused by incomplete address details, courier transit delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your registered address is always up to date.
